27 season 7

Season Seven, also known as Day 7, of the television series 24 was scheduled to premiere in January 2008, but due to the WGA strike, it was delayed "to ensure that Day 7 can air uninterrupted, in its entirety." Even though the strike is over and eight episodes are already filmed (with more to be filmed soon), Fox has stated that the show will be delayed until January 2009 in order to "comply with viewers' wishes".[2] However, it has been announced that a 2-hour prequel, bridging the gap between Day 6 and Day 7, will air in the Fall of 2008.[3]
